DELIVERY INFORMATION

1.How fast do we ship?

With our standard delivery service we aim to deliver your order within 2 business days .(A business day does not include holidays or weekends. )We ship all orders received before noon (EST) on the same day; orders received afternoon may be shipped on the next business day.

2.How long will delivery take?

We mainly use EMS service and normally , it take 7-14 working days to reach your door.

3.Can I track my parcel?

We will only track your parcel if it has not arrived within the specified delivery period. We'll offer you the track number and if you have further problem please email our Customer Services at: shoeschina at live dot com who will kindly help you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

4.What happens if I receive a faulty or wrong item?

Please thoroughly examine your merchandise upon receipt. We accept returns only for defective items that are found within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, in original condition, and before being sold to another customer. Please send it back to us and we can either send you a replacement or a full refund.
If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct item or a full refund.

5.Why the image looks different to the product I received?

All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in monitors and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product. Pls believe in us that all of our porducts are in high quailiy. Believe in our items is just like believe in yourself !

6.Why do I have to pay to return an item?

This is because if we offer a free returns service we would have to increase our prices to absorb the costs. We believe in giving you the lowest possible prices.

7. May I cancel the order or exchange goods?

If you want to cancel the order or exchange goods, pls send E-mail to us within 24 hours. It's will be very inconvenience if we have shipped the goods. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Deliverd: Your order has been shipped and tracking number will be posted to your account.
